Are baby name games against the community guidelines?

Any kind of ‘games’, including the one you describe, violate the rule here against ‘chat’, and can be reported and removed. It just depends on whether they’re seen by someone who will report them - keeping them in the ‘baby name’ category may reduce the risk. Be aware that the people who answer in these games can be reported along with the one who asked it. Link to the rule page below.
