Jack Sparrow is ok (not really cool but not so weird either). though that name would always remind me of Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Carribean. jashmika

I think it’s very weird. I suggest she uses John/Jack/Jonathan/Jackson/Jaxon as a MIDDLE name.. then he’s still Jack Sparrow, but it won’t be as creepy!
The first name Nathaniel works nicely with all of those names. rllngstns

Now i LOVE the name Jack its one of my all time favourite names. But I’m sorry, I’m not too keen of Sparrow following it, he will get teased a lot by kids at school and i think it will remind people too much of Pirates of the Caribbean. But it is their choice and if they absolutely love that name then i think they should go for it.
Just for me i wouldn’t pick that name!

Tell your friend that only Johnny Depp can pull off Jack Sparrow :). Jack is great but I would relook the middle name! Jack Spencer or Jack Samuel if she likes the JS together. Rachel SW

Well your “friend” (if i can call her that) sounds like a fan of Piates of the Carrabien. I am also a huge fan of the Johnny Depp starring Trilogy and would advise you to tell your friend to keep this name sacred. Dj friendly
