Catalina is a pretty name. Catalina Rose is also very pretty. I like Catalina Rose I couldn’t think of a better middle name wondering

Catalina is a gorgeous name! I think it’s really sweet and beautiful. It does sound nice with Rose, but Rose has become pretty popular lately, so you may not want that.

Maybe try Lane, Elaine, Marie, Nicole, etc.
