I thought of Stephina It takes the ina from Christina and the St from St or the other one I can think of is Chrisseve but I don't like that one as much as Stephina

I really like Stephina and it doesn't totally seem like to much of two names combined

But I find this very tacky Mom to Twins and Their Big Sis

I'm sorry but making up a name for your child is not a good idea. It's a sweet thought but I just don't recommend it. Give her a beautiful name that's all her own. ѕєєℓєу вσσтн'ѕ ωιfєу :D

Have you considered using variations of your names as first and middle names? For example:

Stephanie Christine
Kristen Stephanie

What about your middle names? Or finding a name with a similar meaning? For example, Steven means "crown" and Christina means "follower of Christ"...the name Katriel means "God is my crown", kind of combining the meanings of both.

I would suggest considering these routes, instead of creating a mash-up name (like "Christeva" or "Stevtina") that she will have to spell/correct every single day. Plus, what if you have other children some day? Are you going to come up with new mash-ups each time, or is the second child just going to wonder why their older sister gets to be named after both parents?

Congrats on the baby girl! 2010Mommy2B

Seriously, you shouldn't. It's tacky and weird.

If you must do so, maybe Kristen Eve or Stephanie Christine or something? Tomra

Why do you need to?

Your baby girl will be a new person who needs a real, beautiful name of her own, not a possession for you to label as belonging to you by sticking your names together. Plus, if you do that for your first child, how's a second one going to feel? cathrl69

I hate the idea of combining the parents name to make one. Everyone understands that the child is yours, it is part of you and your husband, you don't need to make that relevant in the first name. Its just like Bella and Edward in twilight, they named their daughter Renesmee because Bella's mom is Renee and Edwards mom is Esme - horrible! Give the child its own identity! Robyn H

I hate it when people combine their names for their babies name. Whats wrong with just choosing an entirely different name for the baby to give it some indiviuality?
or how about just:
A boy- name it Christopher
A girl- name it Stephanie Genna
