I like it actually, and people could call her Ava or Evie for short. And its not that weird, my aunt says that if she has a girl she wants it to be named kiwi, and if its a boy Xavier. lol, I dont think my uncle will let her though. KASSIE

I love it too! I love Anne of Green Gables and I think that it is a beautiful name! If you think that people will make fun of it spell it different.

If you like the name Avonlea so much, put it as the middle name and let her first name be something else that she will be called by. But honestly with so many names that are really ridiculous, Avonlea, is mild to my opinion. The only hold back will be …she might be called Avon lady or something like that.

Avonlea Nicole is a beautiful name. I don’t think many people would make fun of it at all. Except maybe to call her the “Avon Lady” or something - but that’s not too bad. Nicole Avonlea is really pretty too.
