How did you chose baby names for your unknown sexed baby?
I’m 38 weeks and 6 days and I’m having trouble thinking up names. I don’t know the gender of the baby so its making it that much more difficult.
How did you chose names?
Any ideas for choosing names?
I didn’t chose to not know the gender lol, that was the baby’s decision to not cooperate for any of the 5 ultrasounds.

How about you choose a boy and a girl name and then when the baby comes you already have the name picked. lindsey

Well, you can choose names that are both for boys and girls, such as Shannon, Devon, or Alex, or you can make separate lists for both genders. shana125

You could get unisex names or make a list of girl and boy names. Marynes

You can pick out 2 different names (one for a boy & one for a girl). Once the baby is born you have a name ready whether it’s a boy or girl. miss_rosie

Well obviously you should chose names you like for both genders if you chose not to find out the sex of the baby. You’ll need to be prepared for whatever you get. Just go on name websites and find names you like. Tamsin

Look up baby names that mean something so that your child will live up to there name pick a powerful girl name and a powerful boy name or choose a powerful unisex name. Or you can put your name and the fathers name together to come up with a boy name and a girl name angel

What I would do…
*make a list
*once you figure out the gender choose the top 3-5 from that list
* then figure out the best one you like!

You and your husband/boyfriend/fiance need to make a list of boy and girl names that you like and then trade lists and cross out names that you don’t like, then figure out which name you want from the ones left over, but have one of each picked out =) Mommy 2 be

We didn’t find out the sex of our baby either, not due til June, so we sat down and made a list of boy and girl names we both liked. The strange part was that we ended up with one name that was the same on both and we both really liked it. We chose different spellings for the name and came up with middle names. Good luck! Lindsay
